Poké Bowl ("the app", "we") is an iOS application for tracking, pricing, and selling Pokémon trading cards. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account); deletion is permanent.
Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; renewal charges apply to the period ahead. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. If a subscription lapses, premium content you created (like extra master-set binders) becomes view-only — we never delete your data for lapsing.
Card prices, price history, portfolio values, "Buy & Hold" signals, grading ROI estimates, and pull-rate/expected-value figures are aggregated from third-party market sources, are estimates, may be delayed or wrong, and can change at any time. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not financial, investment, or purchasing advice. Trading card values are volatile; decisions to buy, sell, hold, or grade cards are yours alone. The pre-grade screener and grading estimates are automated opinions, not guarantees of any professional grading outcome.
You own the content you post (photos, captions, comments, stories). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content inside the app so the social features work. Content must follow our community guidelines (available in the app): no illegal content, no harassment, no sexually explicit or violent material, no spam or scams, no selling counterfeit cards. Uploads are screened by automated moderation, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Report problems in-app or to justin@pajela.com.
Business-profile features (sales ledger, profit & loss, booth mode, exports) are record-keeping tools for your own sales. We are not a marketplace, do not process card sales, take no commission, and are not a party to any transaction you record. Figures such as fee estimates and profit calculations are estimates — verify them against your marketplace statements. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.
Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the app or its backend; don't scrape or resell app data; don't circumvent purchase or premium checks; don't impersonate others; don't use the app for anything illegal.
Poké Bowl is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, or any rights holder. Pokémon names, card images, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and reference only. If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright, see the DMCA policy in the app or contact justin@pajela.com.
Some outbound marketplace links (e.g. "View on eBay") are affiliate links through the eBay Partner Network; we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no cost to you.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of card identification, prices, or grading estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 4, 8, and 10 survive termination.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves; the effective date above always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
